- 17:30- Arrival and guest registration (please sit at table A, according to the seating plan)
- 18:00- Welcome speech
- 18:15- Keynote speech + pitch presentations
- 18:45- Ice-breaker 1-on-1 conversations (rotation with 7 participants, 3 minutes each, participation in this part is optional)
- 19:15- Pitch presentations + Flying Dinner (7 courses and unlimited drinks until 22:00)
- 19:45- Table A discussions: participants grouped by domain/industry

Tips to get the most out of the evening Link to heading

We would suggest preparing a short intro about yourself and your work for the 1-on-1 icebreaker conversations.

We recommend checking the gallery, and prepare topics and questions for guests you plan to meet.

Please find out two table numbers: A: Industry/Domain Discussion, B: Expert Exchange Discussion

Our programme starts at 18:00. If possible, please arrive between 17:30 and 18:00.

Name badges will indicate the languages that the other participants are comfortable with.

Please find and sit at your assigned table (Table A: Industry/Domain Discussion). At around 20:15, you will move to Table B.

Most participants enjoy the 1-on-1 icebreaker conversations.
- However, if you find them a bit too intense, please feel free to skip them at any time.

During the one-to-one icebreaker conversations, please change conversation partners when we give the signal with the bell.

If possible, please respect the seating order. You are grouped according to your domain and years of experience.

You are welcome to change tables at any time.
