We organise structured yet relaxed networking events where professionals and companies can meet, exchange ideas, and build business connections.
Business is a human activity. At its core, it’s always about people working with people.
Knowledge, experience, talent and resources all matter. However, personal conversations are crucial for personal, career and business growth. This has become even more important in the digital and AI era, where we are flooded daily with massive, cold and impersonal communication.
This is why we aim to bring people closer together.
How?
All our events are organised to make the most of participants’ time. Rather than unstructured, noisy ‘apéro-style’ networking, the event programme is carefully prepared to allow one-to-one and small-group discussions, as well as public speaking of the participants.
Another strength of our events is the inclusive atmosphere we create, where everyone feels comfortable speaking up.
Finally, we believe that most of the business collaborations begin once people have met in person and built trust through interaction. Therefore, the focus of our events is on mutual exchange of knowledge, experience, information, visions, and ideas, rather than on direct sales.

Details about the programme
We kindly recommend applying early if you want to secure your pitching slot!
In the 1-on-1 icebreaker, each participant meets seven others in the first 30 minutes.
In the pitch presentation up to six participants present their work, company, experience, or idea. The pitch presentation lasts 4 minutes with presentation.
Elevator pitch is a 1 minute speach without a presentation. 15 slots are available.
In domain discussion you will be grouped (sitting at the same table) with people from the same domain. E.g. For example, if you are an architect, you will sit with other architects.
In the seniority level discussion, you will be grouped with people who have the same employment status and level of experience. For example, if you are a company owner, you will be grouped with other company owners.
Why the events are unique?
- Our events are small-format (short) and highly structured. Due to this random or noisy communication is minimal. We create a relaxed, yet focused and constructive atmosphere that encourages active communication of all participants.
- The focus is on opening and maintaining communication channels for the future rather than making immediate sales.
- The microphone is open to all participants.
- We build bridges between different domains, including architecture, civil engineering, real-estate and investment.
- We connect industry, startup and academia worlds.
- We support startup and early-career founders by introducing them with senior decision-makers.
- Participants may speak English or German, whichever they are more comfortable with.
